I won’t be skateboarding for a while I think. I pulled my right quad muscle, or a muscle closely associated with my quads. Pulled is perhaps not the best word to describe it, popped works, so does ripped, or how about shredded or destroyed.
The sad part is is that I pulled it over a week ago the first time while actually skateboarding. That was noble. But yesterday I pulled it again while performing a long distance running punch to Erik’s chest. I doubt Erik
even felt a thing, as I pulled it a few feet in front of him, and literally went from a run into a stumble with my fist piling into his chest almost as an afterthought to what I was concerned with. I’m such a dummy doing stuff like that.
